1. PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will carry out the promotion called “Promotion Buy the kitchen of your dreams with a free countertop included;)” (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which will be governed by the terms established in these rules (hereinafter referred to as “The Promotion Rules”).

3. TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be valid in the Dominican Republic from January 09, 2026 to March 01, 2026, at IKEA Santo Domingo, IKEA Santiago, IKEA Bávaro stores and the IKEA Romana pick-up point.
4. PARTICIPANTS: All individuals of legal age who purchase and pay for one or more items from the promotional combination series (excluding transport and assembly services and items from the opportunities area) within the promotion validity period.
5. PROMOTION MECHANICS: All customers who purchase a kitchen will receive a free countertop from the selection, under the following conditions: For kitchen purchases between RD$120,000 and RD$220,000, the countertop will be free if one of the following models is selected: EBACKEN, SAJLAN, MÖCKLERYD or JÄRSTORP. For purchases invoiced for an amount greater than RD$220,000 and above, the countertop will be free if one of the following models is selected: KARLBY, PINNARP, MÖLLEKULLA or HOLMARED. Transport and installation services and items from the opportunities area are excluded. Once the purchase is completed, the area staff member will provide the corresponding invoices.
Participation in this promotion will apply to purchases made at IKEA stores and points in the Dominican Republic, including those made through the Teleorders service. Transport and installation services and items from the opportunities area are excluded.
Upon prior notification to the Pro-Consumer Institute, THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, the terms and conditions of these promotion rules, as well as the prizes presented, at any time for justified cause and notified to Pro-Consumer for approval purposes. In case of cancellation or changes in the promotion, it will be notified on our website www.IKEA.com.do, on social media or at the IKEA Santo Domingo store.

5.1 The customer releases THE ORGANIZERS from any liability resulting from the acceptance or use of the promotional benefit, provided the cause is not attributable to THE ORGANIZER.
5.2 In case of total or partial return of the purchase made under this promotion, the countertop included as a promotional benefit will not be taken into account for the refund calculation, in accordance with the conditions of this promotion and the current return policy.
5.3 The promotion will apply only to kitchen purchases made in IKEA stores or points in the Dominican Republic. All taxes, fees or expenses incurred by the customer to receive or enjoy the promotional benefit, and any other unspecified expenses, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5.4 To grant the promotional benefit, the purchase must be made in a single invoice that reaches the minimum amount required by the promotion. Multiple invoices cannot be combined to reach this amount.
6. GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS This promotion is subject to special conditions such as minimum purchase amounts or the purchase of specific items. These conditions will be reflected in the promotion and in the specific promotion rules.
7. PERSONAL DATA: Personal data provided by customers due to their participation in this promotion will be incorporated into a data file owned by SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S, located at Av. John F. 8. USE OF PARTICIPANTS' NAME AND IMAGE: In accordance with the provisions of the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 172-13, participants in this promotion consent to the use and processing of the data provided for the purpose of managing their participation in the promotion, as well as for the research, promotion and marketing of the products and services of THE ORGANIZERS.
Likewise, the personal information requested for the purposes of this promotion will not be disclosed to any other organization without the participant’s express consent.
Participants who benefit from the promotion automatically consent, by participating in this promotion, to the use, publication and reproduction worldwide and without limitation by THE ORGANIZERS of their image and name in any type of advertising, promotion or publication, including the Internet, for commercial or informational purposes related solely to this promotion, without THE ORGANIZERS having to pay any economic compensation to the benefited participant. These publications will be made within a period of six (6) months from the end of the promotion. If the benefited participant is not interested in participating in these publications, they may send an email to lopd@ikea.com.do withdrawing their consent.
9. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: Participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these rules and consent, in accordance with the ORGANIC LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA No. 172-13, that the registered data may be used by SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S to communicate other campaigns or promotions. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, common law will apply. The rules will be available during the period in which the promotion is valid in the IKEA Dominican Republic store and on the website.
10. GENERAL: Any attempt at betting or other similar methods is prohibited. No automatic, programmed, robotic, or similar entries will be allowed. THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify or exclude from the promotion any participants who directly or indirectly alter, fail to comply with, or violate the rules established in these promotion terms.
11. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION: This promotion is governed by the legislation in force in the Dominican Republic and by these rules.
