PROMOTION TERRITORIAL SCOPE AND VALIDITY: This ONLINE Promotion will be valid in the Dominican Republic from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. on April 23 and 24 on the portal www.IKEA.com.do and IKEA INSPIRE APP.

PARTICIPANTS: All natural persons over 18 years of age who make and pay for the online purchase during the promotion period (excludes transportation and assembly services) valid on the website www.IKEA.com.do and IKEA INSPIRE APP, within the promotion validity period.

PROMOTION DYNAMICS: Valid only online/web. The voucher redemption can be made in the period from April 27 to May 17, 2026.

THE ORGANIZERS: may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, terms and conditions of these promotion bases, as well as the presented prizes, at any time for justified cause. In case of cancellation or changes in the promotion, it will be notified on our website www.IKEA.com.do, on social networks or in the IKEA Santo Domingo store.

PRIZE: One (1) Purchase Voucher for ten (10%) percent of the purchase amount as detailed in point “5. Promotion Dynamics” (excludes transportation and assembly services) when making the online purchase on the website www.IKEA.com.do or the IKEA Inspire APP, the customer will receive their purchase voucher in an email sent to the address registered when making the purchase. The voucher redemption can be made in the period from April 27 to May 17, 2026.

7.1 In order to guarantee the legitimacy of the winner, we may request some additional document. The customer exempts THE ORGANIZERS from any responsibility resulting from the acceptance or use of the Purchase Voucher.

7.2 In the event of the return of any of the items purchased in this promotion, the credit note will not include the percentage (10%) according to what corresponds and is specified in the "point 5" of these bases, of the value of the returned item.

7.3 The promotion will be applicable to purchases made in Exclusive Web Promotions www.IKEA.com.do and the IKEA INSPIRE app from RD$4,000. All taxes, fees or expenses incurred by the winner to receive or claim the prize and any other unspecified expenses are the absolute responsibility of the customer.

7.4 Online purchase voucher promotions will generate a purchase voucher with a maximum amount of RD$30,000.

USE OF WINNERS' NAME AND IMAGE: Pursuant to the provisions of the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection No. 172-13, participants in promotions automatically consent to the data provided being used and processed, for the purpose of participating in the promotion, and also for the research, promotion and marketing of the products and services of THE ORGANIZERS. Likewise, the personal information requested for the purposes of this promotion will not be disclosed to any other organization except with the express consent of the contestant. Participants, in the event of being winners, automatically consent by participating in this promotion to the use, publication and reproduction worldwide and without limitation, by THE ORGANIZERS, of their image and name in any type of advertising, promotion, publication, including the Internet, for commercial or informational purposes as long as they relate solely to this promotion, without THE ORGANIZERS having to pay any economic compensation to the winning participant for this fact, these publications will be made within the time frame of six (6) months, from the end of the promotion. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these bases, they will be referred to common law.
