1. PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTONDOMINICANA, S.A.S. (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will carry out the promotion to be c alled the “10% Purchase Voucher Promotion on Modular Kitchens” (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which shall be governed by the terms established in these regulations (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Terms and Conditions”).
2. THE ORGANIZERS: SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S. (IKEA)

3. PROMOTION TERRITORY: This Promotion will be valid in the Dominican Republic, from August 1, 2026 through August 31, 2026.
4. PARTICIPANTS: All individuals who purchase and pay for one or more items from the promotional combination series (excluding transportation and assembly services and items from the Bargain Corner) during the Promotion validity period.
5. PROMOTION MECHANICS: All customers who purchase one or more items from the combination series listed below, excluding transportation and assembly services and items from the Bargain Corner, will receive Ten percent (10%) of the value of their invoice in a Purchase Voucher to be redeemed at IKEA. After completing the payment, the store associate will provide the customer with their invoice indicating the redemption date. With this invoice, the customer may request the printing of the Purchase Voucher at the Customer Service department, starting on the specified redemption date.
Participation in this Promotion applies to purchases made at IKEA stores and pickup points in the Dominican Republic, including purchases made through the Telephone Ordering service.
Upon prior notification to the Pro-Consumer Institute, THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the Promotion, modify the dates, terms and conditions of these Promotion Terms and Conditions, as well as the prizes offered, at any time for justified reasons and upon notification to Pro-Consumer for approval purposes. In the event of cancellation or changes to the Promotion, notice will be provided on our website www.IKEA.com.do, through our social media channels, or at the IKEA Santo Domingo store.
6. PRIZE: One (1) Purchase Voucher for Ten percent (10%) of the purchase amount, as detailed in Section "5. Promotion Mechanics" (excluding transportation and assembly services and Bargain Corner items). To claim the prize, the customer must present the purchase invoice. If the purchase was made in-store, a printed invoice must be presented. If the purchase was made through the website or Telephone Ordering service, a digital invoice may be presented.
The Purchase Voucher is non-transferable and may be redeemed by the customer at IKEA stores and pickup points in the Dominican Republic. In the event of a return, the customer must bring the item to one of the IKEA stores or pickup points in the Dominican Republic. Transportation costs cannot be reimbursed in cash.
6.1 To guarantee the legitimacy of the winner, we may request additional documentation, such as a national ID card, passport, or driver's license. The customer releases THE ORGANIZERS from any liability arising from the acceptance or use of the prize, provided that the cause is not attributable to THE ORGANIZER.
6.2 In the event of the return of an item from the combination series included in this promotion, the credit note will not include the percentage or value corresponding to transportation, as applicable and specified in "Section 5" of these Terms and Conditions, based on the value of the returned item.
6.3 The Promotion applies to purchases made at IKEA stores or pickup points in the Dominican Republic and through the Telephone Ordering service. All taxes, fees, or expenses incurred by the winner in receiving or claiming the prize, as well as any other unspecified expenses, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
6.4 If two or more promotions of this type apply to the same purchase invoice, the customer will receive the Purchase Voucher with the highest value, which may be redeemed in-store, at an IKEA pickup point, or online. The Purchase Voucher is non-refundable, cannot be reactivated, and is non-transferable.
6.5 The promotional Purchase Voucher will be issued only for a single invoice that meets the minimum purchase amount required by the Promotion. The amounts of multiple invoices will not be combined to reach the required minimum.
6.6 Promotional Purchase Vouchers will be issued based on the items invoiced at the time of purchase, as well as items charged through advance sales (reserved/unavailable items) once they are physically available at IKEA facilities during the Promotion validity period.
7. GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Purchase Voucher promotions may be subject to special conditions, such as minimum purchase amounts or the purchase of specific items. These conditions will be reflected in the Promotion and in its specific terms and conditions.
8. PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by participants to take part in this Promotion will be incorporated into a database owned by SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S., located at Av. John F. 9. USE OF WINNERS' NAMES AND IMAGES: Pursuant to the provisions of Organic Law No. 172-13 on the Protection of Personal Data, participants in the Promotion automatically consent to the use and processing of the information provided for the purpose of participating in the Promotion, as well as for the research, promotion, and marketing of the products and services offered by THE ORGANIZERS. Likewise, the personal information requested for the purposes of this Promotion will not be disclosed to any other organization without the participant's express consent. Participants who become winners automatically consent, by participating in this Promotion, to the use, publication, and reproduction worldwide and without limitation by THE ORGANIZERS of their image and name in any type of advertising, promotion, or publication, including on the Internet, for commercial or informational purposes, provided these relate exclusively to this Promotion, without THE ORGANIZERS being required to pay any compensation to the winning participant. Such publications may take place within six (6) months following the end of the Promotion. If a winning participant is not interested in appearing in these publications, they may send an email to lopd@ikea.com.do withdrawing their consent.
10. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and, pursuant to Organic Law No. 172-13 on the Protection of Personal Data, participants also consent to the use of the registered information by SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S. for the purpose of communicating other campaigns or promotions. In the event of any doubts or discrepancies regarding the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, the applicable common law shall prevail. These Terms and Conditions will be available throughout the Promotion period at the IKEA Dominican Republic store and on the website.
11. GENERAL: Any attempt at betting or the use of similar methods is prohibited. No automatic, programmed, robotic, or similar entries will be permitted. THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify or exclude from the Promotion any participants who, directly or indirectly, alter, fail to comply with, or violate the rules established in these Promotion Terms and Conditions.
12. APPLICABLE LAW: This Promotion is governed by the laws in force in the Dominican Republic and by these Terms and Conditions.
