Crunchy tacos with meatballs and cabbage salad with almonds

INGREDIENTS

  • 3-4 HUVUDROLL meatballs
  • 2 corn or wheat tortillas
  • ½ cup of grated purple cabbage
  • ½ grated carrot
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • ½ tablespoon of mustard
  • ¼ of lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon of MUNSBIT almonds
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
   
     Serves 2         15 mins.


STEP BY STEP
  1. Cook the HUVUDROLL meatballs following the package instructions. You can golden them in a pan with a bit of oil, so they are crunchy on the outside.
  2. Heat the tortillas and add the carrot, cabbage, mayonnaise, mustard, and meatballs.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste. Finally, cover them with lime juice and almonds.
