3 easy recipes with Swedish meatballs.

Pea protein balls with pasta and crushed tomato

Ingredients
  • 1 pack of BÄSTISAR pasta
  • 1 pack of HUVUDROLL plan balls
  • Crashed tomato
  • Grated cheese
Preparation
Time: 20 minutes | Serves: 4
 
  1. Cook the pasta for 10 minutes in boiling water.
  2. Fry in a pan the balls with a little of oil until they are golden brown. If you prefer, you can also cook them in the oven for 10/15 minutes to 180º.
  3. Put the balls on a plate with the pasta. Add crashed tomato and grated cheese.

Toasts of chicken balls with beet humus

Ingredients
  • Toasted bread
  • 1 pack of HUVUDROLL plan balls
  • Beet humus
  • Lettuce

Preparation
Time: 20 minutes | Serves: 4
 
  1. Cook the balls in a pan with a little bit of oil, they don’t need to be covered.
  2. Prepare the toasts with the bread in this order: add a lettuce leave, a little bit of beet humus and then the balls cut in half.

Meatballs with vegetable medallions and pico de gallo

Ingredients
  • Vegetable medallions GRÖNSAKSKAKA
  • 1 pack of vegetables HUVUDROLL pea protein
  • Mayonnaise
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • White onion
  • Chile jalapeño
  • Fresh coriander
  • Lime juice
  • A little bit of salt

Preparation
Time: 25 minutes | Serves: 4
 
  1. Get the medallions out of the pack and cook them in the oven for 25 minutes to 200º.
  2. While the medallions are getting cooked, cook the meatballs in a pan or the oven to 180º for 10 minutes.
  3. Make the pico de gallo chopping the tomato, onion and chile. Add the lime juice and salt. 4. Now you only must serve it and finish it with a little bit of lettuce and mayonnaise.
