These are the Terms and Conditions under which the online activity will be developed and carried out: “Catalog Giveaway The life begins in the kitchen”. Any person who wishes to participate acknowledges and accepts that the development and execution of this promotional activity will be subject solely and exclusively to the Terms and Conditions of these rules and of our website.
1) PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will carry out the promotion called “Win IKEA shopping vouchers” (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which will be governed by the rules established in this document (hereinafter referred to as “The Promotion Rules”).
2) DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE: This Promotion will be valid in the island of Dominican Republic from April 8 to May 25, 2026 until 11:59 p.m. Any entries submitted after the dates and times indicated above, as well as those that do not include all the requested requirements, will be considered void.
3) PARTICIPANTS: All persons over twenty-one (21) years of age who, during the period from April 8 to May 25, 2026, have followed the steps of the contest mechanics.4) CONTEST MECHANICS: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE. Participation is done by completing the form indicated at www.IKEA.com.do and confirming participation by validating the email through the email they will receive after completing the form (with the participant's data). The winner will be contacted via phone and email, so correct registration of personal data will be necessary.
5) EXCLUSIONS: Employees and relatives of SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S (“IKEA”) and related companies are excluded.
6) SELECTION OF WINNERS: 3 winners will be selected through the RANDOM.ORG platform. To be selected as a winner, the participant must have complied with the contest mechanics indicated in point 2.
Note: IKEA Dominican Republic may disqualify individuals who have won or participated in any contests conducted in the last 6 months by the brand or the organizer.
7) PRIZE: 1 shopping voucher valued at RD$15,000 for the first selected winner, RD$10,000 for the second selected winner, and RD$5,000 for the third selected winner. The shopping voucher cannot be used to pay for transport or assembly services nor can it be exchanged for cash or any other value.
The date range in which winners may use these vouchers in-store or at a pickup point runs from May 26 until June 31, 2026 inclusive.
The Organizers are not responsible in case of loss or theft of the shopping voucher, and the customer releases the Organizers from any liability resulting from the acceptance or use of the shopping voucher or participation in the Promotion.
The use of a shopping voucher never generates new shopping vouchers.
8) WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE DELIVERY: The winner(s) will be announced through Instagram and Facebook stories on May 26, 2026 on the @IKEAdominicana accounts. Winners will be notified via phone call or email to the number and email address provided in the participation form, indicating the steps to redeem their prize. The organizers are not responsible for expenses incurred by the winner to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours after the end of the contest, the organizer will select an alternate winner.
9) PERSONAL DATA: Personal data provided by customers to participate in this Promotion will be incorporated into the data file called “PROMOTIONS", owned by SARTONDOMINICANA, S.A.S.(IKEA) Address: John F. 10) ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: Participation in the event implies acceptance of these rules and also consent, under ORGANIC LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA No. 172-13, by participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S to communicate other campaigns or promotions. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, they will be subject to common law. The rules will be available during the period in which the promotion is valid in the IKEA Dominican Republic store and on the website.
11) GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion those customers who directly or indirectly have altered, failed to comply with, or violated the rules established in these Promotion Rules.
12) APPLICABLE LAW: This activity is governed by the laws in force in the Dominican Republic and by these rules.
