NAME OF THE PROMOTION: “5+5 with IKEA FAMILY”

PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S ("IKEA") (hereinafter referred to as "The Organizers") will run the promotion called “5+5 IKEA Family” at your IKEA store; it applies to the purchase of furniture and home decor items (hereinafter referred to as "the Promotion"), which will be governed by the terms set forth in this document (hereinafter referred to as "The Promotion Terms").

DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be in force in the Dominican Republic on Thursday, February 26, 2026.

PARTICIPANTS: All persons over eighteen (18) years of age who are holders of the IKEA FAMILY VISA and FIDELIDAD cards and who make and pay for the purchase of one or more furniture and home decor items (with no minimum spend) at IKEA Store Santo Domingo, Sstore Bávaro and Santiago, Delivery Points: La Romana, Teleorders and web purchases (excludes purchases in the Swedish Shop, Restaurant, Bistro and IKEA café; excludes transport, installation and assembly services) within the promotion period may participate. Cardholder status will be subject to approval by Banco Popular Dominicano.

PROMOTION MECHANICS: All IKEA FAMILY VISA or FIDELIDAD cardholders who make their purchase of furniture and home decor items with the IKEA FAMILY VISA card during the promotion period on Thursday, February 26, 2026 (excludes purchases in the Swedish Shop, Restaurant, Bistro and IKEA café; excludes transport, installation and assembly services), will receive a 10% refund (5% regular + 5% additional) in cash of their invoice value as a credit to their bank account, which will be received 35 days after the close of the month in which the purchase was made, according to the discount accumulation policy; a minimum of RD$150.00 accumulated to receive the deposit and a maximum of RD$15,000.00 pesos (the Refund). *Promotional discount not combinable with other IKEA FAMILY VISA card discounts*

IKEA FAMILY FIDELIDAD customers who register their card at the time of checkout at IKEA Store Santo Domingo, Sstore Bávaro and Santiago, Delivery Points La Romana, Teleorders and web purchases (excludes purchases in the Swedish Shop, Restaurant, Bistro and IKEA café), during the promotion period on Thursday, February 26, 2026 (excludes transport, installation and assembly services) and at the time of payment for their purchases of furniture and home decor items, will receive a 10% refund (5% regular + 5% additional) during the promotion period in the form of a purchase voucher, which will be received 35 days after the close of the month in which the purchase was made, according to the discount accumulation policy; a minimum of RD$300.00 accumulated to receive the deposit and a maximum of $7,500 pesos per month.

The participation in this promotion will apply to purchases made at the IKEA Santo Domingo store, IKEA Sstores Bávaro and Santiago, IKEA La Romana Pickup Point, and through Teleorders and web purchases. Subject to prior notification to the Consumer Protection Institute (Instituto Pro Consumidor), THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, terms and conditions of these promotion rules, as well as the prizes presented, at any time for justified cause and notify Pro Consumidor for approval purposes. In case of cancellation or changes to the promotion, it will be announced on our website www.IKEA.com.do, on social media and/or in the IKEA Santo Domingo store.

PRIZE: A 10% refund in cash (5% regular + 5% additional) for IKEA FAMILY VISA (credited to the cardholder's bank account) (for purchases made on Thursday, February 26, 2026). A 10% purchase voucher for IKEA FAMILY FIDELIDAD (5% regular + 5% additional) (for purchases made on Thursday, February 26, 2026) as detailed in point “5. Promotion Mechanics” (excludes transport and assembly services, purchases in Restaurant, Swedish Shop, Bistro), which will be received 35 days after the close of the month in which the purchase was made, according to the discount accumulation policy. Promotional discount not combinable with other IKEA FAMILY VISA and IKEA FAMILY FIDELIDAD discounts.* All taxes, fees and/or expenses incurred by the winner to receive or claim the prize and any other type of expenses, such as transportation, per diems, hiring services, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

In the case of applying the returns and exchanges policy for Purchase Vouchers, the following restrictions apply: refunds will be made by issuing credit notes and after thirty (30) days the ITBIS amount paid will not be refunded or taken into account for either exchanges or returns. The balance of the Purchase Voucher cannot be offset against outstanding balances on purchases financed with credit cards and under no circumstances will the Purchase Voucher be redeemable for cash. THE ORGANIZERS are not responsible in case of loss or theft of the Purchase Voucher. Collection of the Purchase Voucher is strictly personal; the customer must go to the CUSTOMER SERVICE department of SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S, at Av. John F. Kennedy corner Bienvenido García Gautier, El Pino, D.N., accompanied by the following documents:

• Purchase invoice.
• Identification document: ID card or passport.
• Power of attorney in Spanish legalized plus identification document of the grantor and attorney. (If collection is not personal).

6.1 In the event of the return of an item included in this promotion, the credit note will not include the percentage or value of transportation as applicable and specified in “point 5” of these rules, from the value of the returned item.

GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Promotions, prize draws or contests for purchase vouchers and/or transportation may be subject to special conditions such as minimum purchases or purchase of specific items. 7.1. The personal data provided by participants to participate in this draw will be incorporated into the data file called “DRAWINGS AND CONTESTS”, owned by SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S, domiciled at Av. John F. Kennedy corner Bienvenido García Gautier Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional El Pino CP 10508.

USE OF WINNERS' NAMES AND IMAGE: In accordance with the provisions of the Organic Law on the protection of personal data No. 172-13, participants in promotions, drawings or contests automatically consent to the data provided being used and processed for the purpose of participating in the draw, and also for research, promotion and marketing of THE ORGANIZERS' products and services.

Likewise, the personal information requested for the purposes of this promotion will not be disclosed to any other organization except with the express consent of the participant. Participants, if selected as winners, automatically consent upon participating in this draw to the use, publication and reproduction worldwide and without limitation, by THE ORGANIZERS, of their image and name in any type of advertising, promotion, publication, including the Internet, for commercial or informative purposes provided that these relate solely to this draw, without THE ORGANIZERS being required to pay any financial compensation to the winning participant for this fact. These publications will be made within a period of six (6) months from the end of the draw. PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by participants to take part in this promotion will be incorporated into a data file owned by SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S, domiciled at Av. John F. Kennedy corner Bienvenido García Gautier Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional El Pino CP 10508.

ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS: Mere participation in the draw implies acceptance of these terms and also consent under the ORGANIC LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA No. 172-13 by the participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S to communicate other campaigns, promotions, contests or draws. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, they will be referred to common law, or the administrative authorities that are competent to resolve any doubt. The terms will be available during the period in which the draw is in force at the IKEA Republic of Dominican store and on the website.

GENERAL: Any attempt to bet, or other similar methods are prohibited. No automatic, programmed, robotic, or similar entries will be allowed. THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify or exclude from the promotion those participants who, directly or indirectly, have altered, breached or violated the rules established in these Promotion Terms.

APPLICABLE LAW: This draw is governed by the legislation in force in the Dominican Republic and by these terms.
