NAME OF THE PROMOTION: “16 Products in 2 Minutes – Fill Your IKEA FRAKTA”

SPONSOR: SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S. (IKEA) (hereinafter “THE ORGANIZER”) will hold the draw called “16 Products in 2 Minutes – Fill Your IKEA FRAKTA”, hereinafter “THE DRAW”, which will be governed by these rules.

TERRITORIAL SCOPE: THE DRAW will be valid in the Dominican Republic and the experience will take place exclusively at the IKEA Santo Domingo store from March 2, 2026 to March 15, 2026.

PARTICIPANTS: Natural persons over 18 years of age, residents of the Dominican Republic, who comply with the mechanics established in these rules may participate. Employees of THE ORGANIZER and their immediate family members may not participate.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: To participate, users must on Instagram:

1. Comment on the draw post answering: What do these 16 well-played years with IKEA mean to you?
2. Tag 3 people.

Failure to comply with any of these steps will result in automatic disqualification.

WINNER SELECTION:

Winners will be selected in stages according to the following schedule:

• First winner: Will be announced on Wednesday, March 4. The winning comment will be the one that has the highest number of accumulated “likes” at the date and time of the official announcement.
• Second winner: Will be announced on Monday, March 9. The winning comment will be the one with the highest number of accumulated “likes” at the date and time of the official announcement among participants who have not previously won.
• Third winner: Will be announced on Wednesday, March 11. The winning comment will be the one with the highest number of accumulated “likes” at the date and time of the official announcement among the remaining participants.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS:

• The same person may not win more than once.
• In case of a tie in the number of “likes”, THE ORGANIZER may carry out a tiebreaker or internal validation procedure.
• THE ORGANIZER will verify that each winner has correctly fulfilled all participation requirements set out in point 5.
• THE ORGANIZER may invalidate entries that show manipulation of interactions, use of bots or fraudulent practices.

PRIZE DELIVERY:

Winners must appear at the IKEA Santo Domingo store according to the following schedule:

• First winner: Friday, March 6.
• Second winner: Wednesday, March 11.
• Third winner: Friday, March 13.

The specific time will be coordinated directly with each winner.

Each winner may select the items of their choice and place them inside the Frakta bag, provided that the total value of the products does not exceed RD$10,000. Under no circumstances may the amount exceed this limit; if it does, the participant must adjust their selection to comply with the established cap.

If the winner does not present themselves on the indicated date, they will automatically forfeit the prize without the right to subsequent claims or substitution.

USE OF IMAGE: Under the provisions of the Organic Law on the protection of personal data No. 172-13, participants in the promotions automatically consent to the data provided being used and processed for the purpose of participating in the promotion, and also for research, promotion and marketing of THE ORGANIZER'S products and services.

Likewise, the personal information requested for the purposes of this promotion will not be disclosed to any other organization except with the express consent of the entrant. Participants, if they become winners, automatically consent upon participating in this promotion to the use, publication and reproduction worldwide and without limitation, by THE ORGANIZER, of their image and name in any type of advertising, promotion or publication, including the Internet, for commercial or informative purposes provided that these relate solely to this promotion. THE ORGANIZER will not be required to pay any financial compensation to the winning participant for this. These publications may be made within a period of six (6) months from the end of the promotion. If a winning participant does not wish to take part in these publications, they may send an email to relaciones.publicas@ikea.com.do declining their consent.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

• THE ORGANIZER may disqualify any participation it deems fraudulent, including use of bots, fake profiles or practices that alter the normal development of the draw.
• Instagram does not sponsor, endorse or administer this promotion.
• THE ORGANIZER reserves the right to change dates or conditions for justified cause.
• Participation implies full acceptance of these rules.

This draw is governed by the laws in force in the Dominican Republic.
